The Standard at Los Angeles
Just South of the USC Campus, plans call for a new student housing development by Landmark Properties. This development will include 429 residential units and the renovation of five existing historical townhomes along Flower Dr. Residents will have access to a rooftop pool and over 60,000 square feet of amenity space and 20,000 square feet of retail space. To clear the site for construction, RGI first began coordination with the Overhead to Underground Conversion Group at LADWP to address the existing pole line that conflicts with overall design for the site. All utilities on the poles will be relocated underground. RGI is also working with the design team, LADWP, and SoCalGas to prepare plans for a customer substation and gas meter room to service power and natural gas to the entire site.

Imperial Avalon
California based group, Faring will be turning an existing 27-acre mobile home park in Carson into a new multifamily residential destination. The plans call for four new residential buildings which will include a mixture of townhomes and rental apartments. A select number of units will be set aside for Seniors and/or veterans. RGI has had extensive coordination with So Cal Edison, SoCalGas, Charter, and AT&T to develop a plan for backbone structures to distribute service across the entirety of the site.

A 300-unit multi-family residential development with 5,800 square feet of retail space in Huntington Beach.
