Bob Gregory’s journey in the Civil Engineering field began in the 1970s, when he observed a significant gap in support for dry utilities. Addressing this need, he founded RHG and Associates, a pioneering firm in dry utility consulting. Over time, RHG and Associates evolved into RGI Utility Consultants. As the Founding Principal of RGI, Bob Gregory plays a crucial role in mentoring emerging project managers and utility coordinators, while also offering his expertise on large-scale projects and due diligence studies. His leadership and experience have been instrumental in shaping the field and guiding the next generation of professionals.

Initially demonstrating exceptional organizational and administrative skills, Patti took on the role of Office Manager. Her capabilities quickly extended into project management, where she specialized in large residential tract developments. Over time, Patti has advanced to the role of Principal, where she now oversees a growing team and manages complex tract and master-planned developments with expertise and dedication.
